Health-wise, it has been a tough year for me, which has interrupted normal business operations over the past few months. Many of you have been extremely patient as I have slowly ramped up production to where it used to be to deliver high-quality harnesses and service as I have in the past, and for that I am grateful. Others, however, have understandably become impatient with the longer-than-expected lead times and for that, I am truly sorry as I write this message to you all. Going forward, my health is in a good place and I’m focusing on reducing the backlog of orders to get back to a clean slate so I can provide new and returning customers a zero lead time like I used to. I ask that you please bear with me just a little bit longer, I will be reaching out to those with orders coming to completion soon with updates on an individual basis.
